As the NCAA Final Four excitement takes over San Antonio this weekend, Hemisfair is the ultimate gathering spot for fans heading to the Alamodome or nearby events. Perfectly positioned between downtown and Southtown and the Alamodome, this vibrant urban park offers a mix of green spaces, cultural attractions, and top-notch dining—making it the ideal place to fuel up, unwind, or celebrate a big win.
Hemisfair is in the midst of an exciting expansion, with plans to connect three distinct areas into one dynamic destination. For now, visitors can explore Yanaguana Garden, a lively space featuring interactive play areas, art installations, and scenic spots to relax. Food lovers will find plenty to enjoy, with local favorites like Box Street All Day, Bombay Bicycle Club, Dough Pizzeria Napoletana, and Re: Rooted 210 Urban Winery serving up crowd-pleasing bites and drinks—with extended hours for the Final Four festivities.
Beyond its entertainment and dining scene, Hemisfair is a gateway to the best of the city, offering a refreshing escape just steps from the Final Four action. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite before tipoff, a place to stretch your legs between games, or a scenic backdrop for post-game celebrations, Hemisfair is where the energy of the tournament meets the heart of San Antonio.
